Before beau Ranbir Kapoor whisked her off to a secret vacay for NYE, Bollywood actor Alia Bhatt was busy promoting her upcoming release ‘RRR’. During the promotions, Alia wore the prettiest ethnic outfits courtesy celebrity stylist Ami Patel, and we couldn’t help but compile them all for you all!
Alia channelled her inner desi girl in this ombre Bandhani print sari in yellow, orange, and red hues by couturiers Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla. She teamed the drape with a sleeveless red blouse with a sweetheart neckline, ornate gold-coated jhumkis by Parekh Ornaments and a simple bun decorated with white gajra.
Bookmark this Manish Malhotra Anarkali suit with churidar pants and a sheer dupatta for pastel glamour. Alia accessorised the look with a pair of statement jhumkis by Curio Cottage, gold rings by Amrapali, and block heels by Eridani.
The ‘RRR’ actor dazzled in this gold and nude Sabyasachi lehenga. The lehenga was complemented with a sleeveless blouse and heavy dupatta, both in velvet. Her earrings were also from Sabyasachi Heritage Jewellery. The make-up was kept minimal and finished off with a simple bindi.
Around the beginning of December, the ‘RRR’ actor made heads turn in a black handwoven brocade salwar suit designed by Payal Khandwala. Her hair was tied in a sleek ponytail and her attire was paired with a pair of gold and pearl chandbalis.
Alia wore this scarlet red Sabyasachi saree paired with a sequin blouse for the ‘RRR’ trailer launch. She accessorised It with a pair of statement gold earrings and a ring. She went with dewy make-up and prominent brows and her hair, open in beach waves.
Her love for Indian textiles and weaves was evident when she stepped out in this traditional green Kanjeevaram sari by Madhurya Creations. Alia’s make-up was minimal just like her other looks for ‘RRR’ promotions and the beautiful drape look was paired with a pair of gold jhumkis and a ring.
Less than a week before its release, the makers of RRR have decided to postpone its release. The reason is the sudden surge in COVID-19 cases in the country and concerns over the Omicron variant. The film is directed by SS Rajamouli and stars Ram Charan, Jr NTR, and Rana Daggubati.
