Celebrate Negroni Week With These 5 Variations

Classic Negroni

The Italian cocktail is made using one part gin, one part Campari and one part red vermouth.

Rosita

This variation uses Campari as the common factor but replaces gin with tequila and uses both sweet and dry vermouth with a dash of Angostura bitters.

Negroski

The Russian cousin of Negroni, Negroski uses vodka instead of gin. The other components and measurements remain the same as the classic cocktail.

Negroni Sbagliato

Sbagliato means mistaken. In Negroni Sbagliato's case, the mistake was the use of Prosecco, the Italian sparkling wine, instead of gin that made this a delicious cocktail.

White Negroni

As the name suggests, this does not have the red hue from the Campari. White Negroni uses one and a half parts gin, one part Lillet Blanc, a French wine-based liqueur and half part of Suze, a French bitter liqueur.
