GAJAR HALWA STUFFED MITHA KACHORI By Raman Tomar

INGREDIENTS

  • Flour 2 cup, Gajar(carrograted 400 gms, Khoya Kheer 100 gms, Condensed Milk 3-4 tbsp, Milk 200ml, Cashew (choppe2tbsp,
  • Green Cardamom powder, Sugar, Salt, Baking Soda 1/2 tsp, Soyabean Oil/ Ghee

PREPARATION

    At first take a bowl, pour Flour, 2 tbsp oil,salt (1 pinc, baking soda, mix well.Then mix warm water and make a dow. Now take a kadai and pour 3-4 tbsp ghee,add grated gajar (carrot ),fry it properly, then add milk, stir it until dry the mixture, add sugar, green cardamom powder, khoya kheer,condensed milk, chopped cashew , mix it well and keep it a side.

    Then cut small ball from the atta dow, roll the ball, keep stuffing over it ,place another rolled ball on it and fold the edges to make a kachori. Take a kadai on the flame, pour ghee and fry the kachori properly & deep it into the sugar syrup . Now GAJAR HALWA STUFFED MITHA KACHORI ready to serve.
