At first take a bowl, pour Flour, 2 tbsp oil,salt (1 pinc, baking soda, mix well.Then mix warm water and make a dow. Now take a kadai and pour 3-4 tbsp ghee,add grated gajar (carrot ),fry it properly, then add milk, stir it until dry the mixture, add sugar, green cardamom powder, khoya kheer,condensed milk, chopped cashew , mix it well and keep it a side.
