INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup spinach Puree
  • 2 cup cooked rice
  • 2 tsp roasted dry fruits
  • 1 tsp mustard seed
  • 1/4 tsp asafoetida
  • 2 dry chilli
  • 1 tsp thermal powder
  • 1 tsp salt to taste
  • 2 tsp oil

PREPARATION

    Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, hing, peanuts, red chillies, stir.

    Add turmeric powder and the cooked palak puree, mix well.
  3. 3

    Cook for 2 mins on low heat, add the rice, salt and mix and cook.

    Cook for 2 minutes. Serve with dahi.
