Power-Up Multi Grain Oats Gluten Free Cookies By Namrata Rajput

As the name suggests, these cookies are all you need to power up your day. Gluten-free, full of fibre, multi grain flour complete with a tasty combination of cranberries, blue berries and roasted almonds. Suitable for anyone and everyone!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup multi grain wheat flour
  • salt
  • assorted dry fruits (blue berries, cranberries, roasted almond, raisins, walnuts)
  • oats powder
  • 2 cup jaggery powder
  • Half cup butter
  • 2-3 tbsp milk (if the mixture becomes dry)

PREPARATION

    Dry roast whole wheat flour for 3-5 min on medium-low flame.

    Cream the butter and jaggery.
  3. 3

    Add the dry ingredients (wheat flour, oats powder, dry fruits, pinch of salt).

    Add milk if required.
  5. 5

    Shape the cookies and design accordingly.
  6. 6

    On a baking tray, line butter paper.
  7. 7

    Bake 180° for 15 min.
  8. 8

    Plate the cookies & enjoy!.
