Sindhi Curry By Dristi bathija

Sindhi Cuisine Special Besan Curry

INGREDIENTS

  • 5-6 tbsp oil/ghee
  • 1tsp jeera
  • 8-10 curry leaves
  • 2tsp red chilli powder
  • ½ tsp haldi
  • Salt to taste
  • 5-6 Tomatoes (puree)
  • 100gms cluster beans (gavar)
  • 100gms lady finger (bhindi)
  • 3-4 pcs drumstick
  • 2-3 dried kokum flower
  • 4-5 florent of cauliflower
  • Coriander
  • 6-7 baby potatoes
  • 50gms besan

PREPARATION

    Heat oil.

    Add besan n cook till its slightly brown.
  3. 3

    Add jeera, curry leaves, red chilli.
  4. 4

    Add tomato puree with water.
  5. 5

    Give it a boil and add all vegetables.
  6. 6

    Add kokum flower after 15mins.
  7. 7

    Let it boil for 30mins.
  8. 8

    Add fried bhindi and coriander.
  9. 9

    Boil for 10mins and serve with steam rice .
