Ingredients

  • For pasta

    • 1 cup macaroni

    • water for boiling

    • salt to taste

  • For tossing

    • 1 tbsp olive

    • 1 tsp chopped garlic

    • ¼ cup diced green capsicum

    • ¼ cup boiled corn

    • ¼ cup diced red bell pepper

    • 1 tsp chopped coriander

    • 1 tsp mixed herbs

  • For sauce

    • 2 tbsp olive oil

    • 1 tsp chopped garlic

    • 2 tbsp chopped onion

    • 1 cup tomato concasse

    • 1 tsp red chilli powder

    • 1 tsp coriander powder

    • ½ tsp garam masala powder

    • 2 tbsp ketchup

    • 1 tsp sugar

    • 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves

    • salt to taste

    • ¼ tsp black pepper powder

    • 2 tbsp chopped basil leaves

    • tossed veggies

    • boiled pasta

  • For garnish

    • basil leaves

PREPARATION

    Pour water in a deep bottom pan and bring it to a boil.

    Add salt into it.

    Add pasta and cook till almost done. Strain the pasta and keep it aside.

    Now heat oil in a pan, add garlic and mix it well.

    Add red bell peppers, corn, capsicum and sauté.

    Add coriander leaves, mixed herbs and mix well. keep the veggies aside.

    Heat oil in another, add garlic and sauté.

    Add onion and tomato concasse and cook for 12-15 minutes.

    Add all powdered spices, ketchup, sugar, salt and mix well. Cook for 3-4 minutes.

    Add chopped coriander, basil and mix well.

    Add cooked vegetables.

    Now add boiled pasta and mix well. Cook for another 1-2 minute.

    Serve hot garnish with basil.
