Gin continues to be the spirit of the season with gin brands, restaurants, and consumers all excited with the unlimited potential of the spirit. Making the case stronger is the celebration of World Gin Day, observed by fans of the clear spirit. Here are 12 gin cocktail recipes to get your World Gin Day party started.

1. 30ml Tanqueray No Ten

2. 15ml Aperol

2. 15ml Campari

3. 15ml Lillet Blanc

4. 15ml Sweet Vermouth

  • Batch all ingredients and infuse with three of Earl Grey tea bags for three hours.
  • Remove tea bags, and then serve with a square ice block.
  • Garnish with Bergamot Zest or Makrut Lime zest

1. 60ml Gordons London Dry gin

2. 20ml Oleo Saccharum

3. Carbonated tonic water to top up

  • In a highball glass, pour the gin and oleo saccharum and mix. 
  • Fill the glass with ice and top up with tonic water.
  • Garnish with an orange peel

1. 20ml gin

2. 10ml Elderflower syrup 

3. 10ml Lime juice 

4. 100ml Sparkling wine 

5. 5ml Blue pea flower water

  • Add all the ingredients except the sparkling wine and blue pea flower water and shake well with ice.
  • Strain the cocktail into a champagne flute and top it up with sparkling wine. 
  • Layer with blue pea flower water

1. 60 ml pink gin 

2. 15 ml rose petal infusion 

3. 10 ml lime juice 

4. Tonic water to top up

  • In a mixing glass, combine pink gin, rose petal infusion, and lime juice. Add ice to the mixing glass and stir gently till chilled through. 
  • Place rose petal-infused ice cubes in a wine goblet. Strain the mixed ingredients into the wine goblet.
  • Top up the cocktail with tonic water. Garnish with a rose petal.

1. 30ml cold brew concentrate 

2. 30ml gin 

3. 30ml Campari 

4. 30ml sweet vermouth 

5. Orange peel (for garnish) 

  • In a mixing glass, add the cold brew coffee concentrate, gin, Campari and sweet vermouth along with ice cubes. Stir well to chill and dilute the mixture.
  • Fill a lowball glass with ice cubes and strain the mixed cocktail into the glass.
  • Garnish with an orange peel.

1. 45ml Mirabeau Gin

2. 15ml Campari

3. 20ml elderflower syrup

4. 20ml fresh grapefruit juice

5. 20ml lime juice

6. 15ml egg white

  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice to chill the ingredients. Add all the ingredients, close the shaker tightly and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds. This will emulsify the egg white and blend all the ingredients together.
  • Open the shaker and strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass. The strainer will help remove any ice or citrus pulp.
  • Garnish the cocktail with a twist of grapefruit peel or a sprig of fresh mint.

1. 60ml Burnett London Dry Gin

2. 10ml lime juice

3. 10ml simple syrup 

4. 2-3 bar spoons of fresh mint leaves

  • Muddle the mint leaves in the shaker.
  • Add all the other ingredients in the shaker along with ice.
  • Shake all ingredients nice and hard.
  • In a tall glass, filled with ice, strain the cocktail into the tall glass.
  • Top it up with tonic water as per needed and garnish with mint sprigs.

2. 30ml mango puree

3. 5-6 basil leaves

4. 25ml sweet and sour

5. 3-4 drops foamer

  • In a cocktail shaker, pour all the ingredients and fill with ice.
  • Shake well.
  • Fine strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a mango leather

1. 30ml Roku gin 

2. 30ml premium tonic 

3. 30ml soda

  • In a highball glass, fill ice. 
  • Add Roku and stir to chill the gin followed by tonic and soda.
  • Garnish with lime zest.

1. 60ml Sipsmith London Dry Gin

2. 30ml tonic syrup

3. hot water

4. Orange twist (to garnish)

  • Combine the gin and tonic syrup in a heat proof stem glass and stir well. 
  • Top with boiling water. Garnish with an orange twist.

  1. 60ml Hoegaarden Parisian Romance gin
  2. 1 bar spoon Pomegranate tears/fresh strawberries
  3. 1 wedge lime
  4. Lime soda
  • Fill glass with ice, add the gin. 
  • Squeeze and drop in the lime wedge and pomegranate/strawberry. 
  • Top with lime soda and garnish with a sprig of rosemary

1. 40ml Ginarte gin

2. 30 ml dry vermouth 

3. 2 ml drops of bergamot bitter

  • In a mixing glass, add all the ingredients. Fill the glass with ice and stir till the drink is chilled through.
  • Strain into a martini glass and garnish with a lemon zest.

1. 60 ml gin

2. 60 gms fresh watermelon, cubed

3. 6-8 fresh basil leaves

4. 15 ml simple syrup

5. 15 ml freshly squeezed lime juice

6. Jade Forest Cucumber & Mint Tonic Water

  • In n a cocktail shaker, muddle the watermelon cubes and basil leaves. 
  • Add gin, simple syrup, and lime juice to the shaker. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake vigorously.
  • Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice cubes and top it off with the Cucumber & Mint Tonic Water
  • Stir gently to combine the flavours and garnish with a watermelon slice and a sprig of fresh basil
