  • 1/2 cup grated jaggery

  • 5 to 6 almonds finally chaupad

  1. To make good papdi lets you start with roasting the white floor
  2. Put the pen to heat on a flame pure ghee in the pen
  3. We have taken 1/2 cup ghee save a bit of ghee let's the ghee heat

  19. We have taken 1/2 cup grated jaggery put the jaggery into the flour and mix it
  20. Mix it well till the jaggery melts and mixes well with the flour
  21. Now we will set it put the mix in a plate
  22. Press it well and spread evenly spread finally chopad almonds over it
  23. You can keep the pieces big or small as decided cut it
  24. Take out the pieces
  25. Delicious good papdi is a ready
