Ingredients For Bread Omelette Recipe

    • 4 - 5 eggs

    • 5 - 6 slices of bread

    • 2 chopped onions

    • 2 chopped tomatoes

    • 3 - 4 green chillies

    • 1 tsp red chilli powder

    • salt to taste

    • fresh coriander

How to make Bread Omelette Recipe?

  1. In a bowl whisk 2 whole eggs, chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, green chillies, coriander, red chilli powder and salt.
  2. In a pan, add some ghee, and spread the egg mixture on the pan, let it cook on a slow flame.
  3. Once the omelette cooks from both sides, serve it with buttered bread.
  4. In a bowl whisk 2 whole eggs, chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, green chillies, coriander, red chilli powder and salt.
  5. Heat oil on a pan and pour the egg mixture on it. Place two slices of bread ion it.
  6. Wrap the omelette around the bread.
