1 - 2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp sesame salt
2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
2 tsp sugar

- Blanch the spinach in boiling water for 2 minutes and transfer to a bowl of ice water.
- Strain and squeeze out the excess water from the spinach and transfer it to a bowl.
- Add chopped garlic, salt, sesame salt, oil, soy sauce and mix well.
